yes, go for a macintosh. I am 'currently' a PC user, but I am astounded with Apple's league of their own (all hail Steve Jobs) in the tech business. They revolutionize everything from computers (ahh...yes, Mac OS, but Microsoft carried the mantle with Windows, sad...but its just the way it is), music (iPod), phone (yes, Nokia is the king but Apple introduced to us touch screen phone! LOL!).

Mac are expensive, but try getting refurbished or 2nd hand units (eBay, sulit.com.ph, TipidPC). You'll really love a Mac. Not just the hardware, but its OS.

Mac OS X ---- Leopard. =)

im contemplating if i will go for mac or pc,,,im planning to buy notebook,what if i go for mac,un OS nya nauupgrade din ba(at un iba pang component)?like after 5yrs my lumabas na mas ok pa sa i7..edi tapon na un feature nya ngayun

The OS is upgradeable. As for the processor and other parts, best to ask an apple engineer. Try Senco link at 8934103. They are an authorized Apple reseller and service center here in the Philippines.
